Shipping
We ship throughout the USA for a flat fee of $3.99. We provide FREE Shipping on all orders over $100. Most items ship within 24 hours on working days. Tracking will be provided for all shipments. Most items will get to you within 4 days.
Pick up at Store
All items on the website are available in store for pickup during opening hours. We stock some items in store that are not available on our website, such as food items, fragile glass items, pottery etc. and items which do not ship easily.
Special Orders
We take orders for items not stocked in store but available from all our suppliers. Please call us with enquiries or drop into the store to discuss special orders. We have access to thousands of products which we cannot carry in store but would be happy to get in for you. Note: A deposit may be required for high value items.
Returns / Restocking / Refunds
Please contact the store regarding any returns at (321) 450-2074 so we can assist you with the return process. Please do not ship a return back to the store without speaking to an associate first.
The Celtic Gift Store wants to ensure your satisfaction. In the case you are unsatisfied with our products, we will give you the option to return or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. We ask that either the original receipt or gift receipt is present at the time of return to get a full refund back onto the original card used at the time of purchase. If the receipt is not present at the time of return then we can offer an even exchange or store credit.
All shipped items that are returned must be in its original packaging with the order number or proof of purchase. The package needs to be mailed to the address provided below. Once received, item(s) will be inspected by our staff. After inspection, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale Items are returnable for site credit only (no refunds).
Items Recieved Broken
If the item is received broken in the mail please take pictures of the item in the box and send them to the store email shop@thecelticgiftstore.com to be reviewed by an associate.
Any refunds granted will be promptly processed. The times in which you may receive your refund vary. A return authorization is required before you send anything to us. Exchanges and returns are at the discretion of the management and are subject to refusal. Refunds will only be granted for items that meet return policy conditions..
Certain items are nonreturnable. Items that may not be returned are as follows;
Perishable items such as Food, Cosmetics, Soaps, Perfumes
Items that can not be returned in the same physical state in which they were purchased.
Damaged items due to wear and tear or use or damage caused by odors e.g. smoke, pets, etc.
Any promotional gifts given with an order must also be returned with item relating to item being returned.
If items were purchased by a gift card, no monetary refund will be granted. Store credit will be given on a new card once the refunded items are returned.
